Make sure your camera is pointing at you. You can see both of your eyes in the monitor.
Is the circle on the right black?
This means your camera can't send an image to Brightday.
Please check if
- your camera lens is covered
> remove the cover - the lid of you laptop is closed
> open your laptop lid - you have multiple cameras maybe an old camera driver or a virtual camera
> use the dots next to the '? in a circle' to select the best one
- you are on a Microsoft computer and using the camera in another software like Video Call (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, etc.)
with Windows 7 or 8
> wait until after the video call is over, or select our 'Brightday Capture Camera' in the video call settings. - you are on a Microsoft computer and using the camera in another software like Video Call (Zoom, Teams, Google Meet, etc.)
Windows 10 with an older external camera
